歐盟玩具測(cè)試EU Toy Testing

歐洲玩具安全指令2009/48/EC旨在確保進(jìn)入歐盟市場(chǎng)的玩具不會(huì)對(duì)兒童的健康和安全構(gòu)成危害。除了基本的安全要求，玩具還需滿足REACH法規(guī)、POP法規(guī)的化學(xué)物質(zhì)控制要求，電玩具還需滿足電磁輻射和回收標(biāo)識(shí)的要求等。
The European Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC aims to ensure that toys entering the EU market do not pose a hazard to children's health and safety. In addition to the basic safety requirements, toys also need to meet the REACH regulation, POP regulation of chemical substances control requirements, electric toys also need to meet the electromagnetic radiation and recycling labeling requirements and so on.

歐盟玩具安全指令2009/48/EC將“玩具”定義為：玩具是設(shè)計(jì)或預(yù)定為供14歲以下兒童游戲中使用的產(chǎn)品，但不包含根據(jù)該指令規(guī)定的圣誕節(jié)飾品、體育器材、仿真武器、兒童時(shí)尚珠寶等21類產(chǎn)品。

DIRECTIVE 2009|48/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 June 2009 on the safety of toys defines “toy” as a product designed or intended for use in play by children under 14 years of age, but excludes 21 categories of products, such as Christmas ornaments, sports equipment, imitation weapons, children's fashion jewelry, etc., which are regulated under the Directive.
