斯德哥爾摩公約：

始于2001年的《斯德哥爾摩持久性有機污染物公約》是全球范圍內消除環(huán)境污染物（如PFAS）的重要協(xié)議。作為該協(xié)議的一部分，PFOS在2009年被列入限制清單，PFOA在2020年被列入淘汰清單。全氟己烷磺酸（PFHxS）也被加入清單。

加拿大
在聯(lián)邦層面，加拿大的《環(huán)境保護法》將PFOS、PFOA和長鏈全氟羧酸（LC-PFCAs）視為有毒物質，在消費品中被禁止使用。

美國
2024年9月，美國國會提議了H.R. 9864法案，即《2024年食品容器禁用PFAS法案》，禁止食品包裝中含有故意添加的PFAS。

紐約洲的S1322/A994法案主要針對服裝，禁止銷售含有故意添加PFAS的新服裝。

加州的1817號議會法案禁止制造、分銷、銷售或提供銷售含有受管制PFAS的新紡織品。包括有意添加的PFAS以及超過特定閾值的PFAS。

PFAS Management and Regulations Worldwide

Stockholm Convention:

The Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs), which began in 2001, is an important agreement for the elimination of environmental pollutants such as PFAS on a global scale. As part of this agreement, PFOS was added to the restricted list in 2009 and PFOA to the phase-out list in 2020. Perfluorohexane sulfonic acid (PFHxS) was also added to the list.

Canada

At the federal level, Canada's Environmental Protection Act (EPA) considers PFOS, PFOA, and long-chain perfluorocarboxylic acids (LC-PFCAs) to be toxic substances that are banned in consumer products.

United States

In September 2024, the U.S. Congress proposed H.R. 9864, the Prohibition of PFAS in Food Containers Act of 2024, which would prohibit the inclusion of intentionally added PFAS in food packaging.

New York State's bill S1322/A994 focuses on apparel and prohibits the sale of new apparel containing intentionally added PFAS.

California's Assembly Bill 1817 prohibits the manufacture, distribution, sale or offer for sale of new textiles containing regulated PFAS. This includes intentionally added PFAS as well as PFAS above specific thresholds.
